Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the AnimeTurn mobile application (the "Service") operated by AnimeTurn ("us", "we", "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
AnimeTurn provides a mobile application that allows users to transform photos into anime-style images using artificial intelligence technology.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of our Service. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. For example, you must not:

By uploading images to our Service, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to those images or are otherwise authorized to use them. You retain all ownership rights to your original images. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Some features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. These features require payment of a fee before they can be accessed.
If offered, any free trial period will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the end of the free trial period.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AnimeTurn and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AnimeTurn.
The transformed images you create using our Service are subject to a dual ownership model:
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AnimeTurn expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall AnimeTurn, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete the application.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AnimeTurn governing your use of the AnimeTurn mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
AnimeTurn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices owned or controlled by you, subject to this EULA and any rules or restrictions imposed by the platform from which you downloaded the App.

The App, including all intellectual property rights therein, is owned by AnimeTurn. This EULA does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks, or any other rights in respect to the App.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ANIMETURN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANIMETURN BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
